Hathormoon makes no claims to the effectiveness of any magical item bought from this site. All items are sold as curios only. No claim or guarantee is given for to the magical qualities of any product.
Postage and packing
I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase and will do everything I can to pack your items safely. I keep mail out records and obtain reciepts but do not take out postal insurance. If items do appear to be lost or damaged by the Post Office I will help you as best I can but cannot always provide replacements or refunds. It always helps if you keep any packaging damaged in the post, or take a photo if possible of damaged packaging before it is opened. Please let me know immediately you suspect something has gone missing or has arrived damaged. All orders are despatched as second class post. Where possible I will post items within 24hrs following reciept of payment or cheques clearing.
Ways to Pay
International and European customers must pay via paypal. UK customers have a choice of payment method. I prefer paypal payments if possible, as this means I can ship items very quickly to you. UK customers can also pay by postal order made out to Jane Kayley. I also accept personal cheques from UK customers though this may delay the dispatch of your items whilst I await cheque clearance. Again please make cheques out to Jane Kayley. Both postal orders and Cheques need to be posted to

After you place your order I will contact you via email to let you know that the order has been recieved. Items are usually posted within 24-48hrs.
All UK orders are despatched as second class post unless of high value when recorded delivery is used. Where possible I will post items within 24hrs following reciept of payment or cheques clearing.
Stock and out of stock items
My online stock should be representative of my stock levels. If a product is not in stock you should not be able to order it. However, if a mistake does happen I will resolve any out of stock issues as quickly as possible by sourcing the missing item or refunding the cost.
