Hathormoon's Product Policy

We aim to provide only good quality items, from reputable sources, at affordable prices.

Our handcrafted items are either made by ourselves, other UK craftspeople or imported from overseas They come almost entirely through a BAFTS registered, fairtrade supplier.

We are always on the lookout for Pagan craftspeople who share the Hathormoon ethic of handmade is best. If you make pagan items and have good quality, interesting, objects to sell, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Fairtrade items

· working conditions, rates of pay, etc. are above the norm for the countries involved,

· materials are from sustainable sources.

· the importer pays the price requested by the producer,

· no exploitation of children or gender discrimination is permitted

· small family businesses are supported

The fair-trade products we sell provide a vital source of income for people in the developing world.

UK Craftspeople

Several UK craftspeople currently supply items for Hathormoon. These producers set their own price for their items and all items are unique and handmade.

Magical Items All magical items are sold as curios and Hathormoon makes no claims as to the effectiveness of any item puchased for magical use.

Postage & Delivery We aim to keep postage prices as low as possible with many items being posted for just £1.

Larger, more bulky, items are charged at cost. As you place items in the basket the shop will automatically update postage costs so you can check the price before completing the transaction. We do endeavour to post out as soon as possible but occasionally we are away at show for a few days or have to reorder out of stock items so please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
