The Angel Tarot has been created by artist Nikki Arnett in collaboration with the Russian healer Lydia Oukhaneva. The cards feature cartoon illustrations of mostly female angels set over images of planets and the universe. The minor arcana are not scenic and have decorated pips set over similar space imagery. The titles on the large white borders are in several languages.
